ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking direction to the respondents police to give police protection to him.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he belongs to an outfit by name Shri Ram Sena, Tamil Nadu and that he received threatening calls from foreign countries threatening to annihilate him. In this regard, the petitioner has given two complaints for which, the police had given CSR Nos.1126 and 1132 of 2014.

4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-police to look into the allegations of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.
