ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the Respondents to release the balance payment of Rs.30 Lakhs, as agreed by the Poolampatti Executive Officer, the 3rd Respondent herein vide his proceedings dated 27.11.2023, for the works completed by the Petitioner namely construction of four OHT tanks of 30,000 Ltr Capacity each at Kovilapalayam, Vanniya Nagar, Koodakkal Vadakkatthi Kadu and Kattur in the Poolampatty Town panchayat, Salem district.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for the work which was already done by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
