ORDER
The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction to respondents to continue to permit him to perform the periodic poojas in the third respondent temple.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that for the very same relief, appropriate orders have been obtained by the petitioner in I.A.No.1926 of 2009 in the pending appeal in A.S.No.28 of 2009. The said order is said to have been obtained after the filing of the writ petition. In view of the same, the relief sought for in this writ petition, cannot be considered.
