ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register an F.I.R., in terms of the complaint dated 23.11.2014 and to proceed with the investigation of the offence in accordance with law and to file the final report before the jurisdictional Court within a time frame fixed by this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.257 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.257/2015 and act in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
