J U D G M E N T

This Criminal Revision Petition has been preferred by the Revision petitioner, against the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in C.A.No.10 of 2014 dated 21.07.2014 confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur in S.T.C.No.146 of 2012 dated 06.01.2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died on 17.07.2016, and to that effect memo dated 07.08.2020 has been filed along with a death certificate. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as abated and a liberty is granted to the complainant to take action against the legal heirs, according to the mandamus of law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
