ORDER

This revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthukottai, to dispose the O.S.No.205 of 2007 within a time frame.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision, even without issuing notice to the respondent.

3. The perusal of the docket order filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the suit is of the year 2007 and the same is kept pending without any substantial progress from 2015 onwards.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is the fifth defendant in the suit and he is ready to co-operate for early disposal of the suit.

5. Having regard to the fact that the suit is of the year 2007 and there is no substantial progress in the trial of the suit from the year 2015, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthukottai, to dispose of the O.S.No.205 of 2007 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
