This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued on 01.09.2023 and produce the 1st respondent/Accused in S.T.C.No.822 of 2019 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Villupuram so as to undergo the period of sentence by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2023.
2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 2nd respondent states that Non-Bailable warrant executed on 12.07.2024, hence the prayer sought for has become infructuous.
