Company Application No.326 of 2023 in Company Petition No.371 of 2023 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This Company Application has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) To take this report on record;

(ii) To permit the Official Liquidator to invite claims from the creditors of the company in provisional liquidation by causing publication in "The New Indian Express", English daily and "Dinamani", Tamil daily, in circulation in the State of Tamilnadu;

(iii) To direct the Official Liquidator to bear the expenses for causing the publication charges from the funds of the company; and (iv) To permit the cost of this application do come out of the funds of the company in provisional liquidation.

2. Heard the learned Official Liquidator and perused the Report filed by him.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the Report filed in support of the application by the learned Official Liquidator, this Company Application is ordered as prayed for.
