Prayer:- Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to pass an order to register the said complaint of the petitioners dated 24.02.2015 and to take appropriate action against the said persons as mentioned above and dealt with them according to law.

For Petitioners :Mr.G.Vijayaraghavan For Respondent :Mr.C.Emalias, Additional Public Prosecutor C O M M O N O R D E R Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioners dated 24.02.2015 and to take appropriate action against the said persons as mentioned in the complaint and to deal with them according to law, the petitioners have come up with these petitions.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully. 3.On the complaints lodged by the petitioners, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.249 of 2015 and the same was closed on 19.03.2015, since the transactions are found to be civil in nature.

4. Under such circumstances, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
