Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the letter dated 27.02.2004 of the first respondent herein under letter No.35/2004/A2 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to renew the license to run the STD Booth at the second respondent's campus in favour of the petitioner for a further period of 3 years from 01.03.2004.
