This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioners representation dated 24.04.2019 and 02.05.2019 to enquire the 5th, 6th and 7th respondents.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation was already considered and appropriate order was passed as early as on 07.05.2019. Hence,

the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, she prays for dismissal of this petition.

3. In view of the above, it is clear that nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, by recording the submission made by the respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
