ORDER

The petitioner has field the present petition to transfer the complaint in Cr.No.27/2011 from the file of the Inspector of Police, keelapazhur Police Station, to some other CBCID, Ariyalur District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would contend that investigation in Cr.No.27/2011 is already concluded and a final report in S.C.No.57/2016 was filed by the Inspector of Police, Keelapazhur Police Station, Ariyalur District and the case is now posted for pronouncing judgment on 17.07.2018. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
