ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on his complaint dated 24/02/2015 vide CSR.No.207 of 215 against the concerned person.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

3. This Court perused the complaint and essentially it appears to be civil in nature inasmuch as the petitioner has supplied Granites to one Alexander sometime in December 2014 for total sale consideration of Rs.1,55,000/-, out of which even according to the complaint, the petitioner received Rs.1,00,000/- as advance and the said Alexander has not paid the balance of Rs.55,000/-. Thus, there is no deception at inception in this case. Therefore, it is not a fit case to register FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
