The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the Intervenor/defacto complainant submitted that the petitioner has already been obtained extension of time, however, the petitioner has not complied with the conditions as imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended to the petitioner till 02.07.2024 to comply with the conditions as ordered by this Court, failing which, the anticipatory granted by this Court is automatically vacated.
