ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a FIR based on complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.10.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police on the ground that in respect of the same allegations, the District Registrar is conducting enquiry.
4. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, by approaching the District Registrar.
