O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful obedience of the order of this Court dated 29.08.2013 in C.R.P.No.1074 of 2012.

2.This Court by an order dated 29.08.2013, directed the 1st petitioner to deposit an arrears of maintenance amount as awarded by the Court below, within a period of three months and further directed to pay the regular monthly maintenance without any default.

Cont.P.No.2931 of 2014 3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent is regularly paying the monthly maintenance as directed by the Court below. Therefore, no contempt is made out as against the petitioners. 4.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
