PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent police to execute the non bailable warrant issued in STC.No.269 of 2012 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Poonamallee dated 28.10.2013 against the second respondent within a stipulated period of time.

ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to execute the non bailable warrant issued in STC.No.269 of 2012 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Poonamallee dated 28.10.2013 against the second respondent within a stipulated period of time.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that STC is of the year 2012 and non bailable warrant is pending from 2014 onwards. According to the petitioner, almost four years have passed and the stage of the proceedings is also not known. If the proceedings are pending as on today, the petitioner can take steps for issuing non bailable warrant and the respondent police shall execute the non bailable warrant as and when it is issued by the Court below.
