ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 17.10.2012, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the complaint given by the petitioner to the Commissioner of Police was forwarded to the 1st respondent police to conduct enquiry and the 1st respondent police had conducted enquiry and closed the same as early as on the year 2012. The respondent police is directed to send the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of a order.

With the above observation, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
