This application has been filed by the applicant / plaintiff to order an attachment of immovable properties as detailed in the judges summons as per order dated 11.02.2022 in A.No.2320 of 2021 in C.S.No.219 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsels for the applicant / plaintiff and the respondent / defendant.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent / defendant has given an undertaking stating that the respondent / defendant shall not alienate, transfer or sell her undivided half share in Item Nos.1 to 3 in the petition mentioned properties, till the disposal of the suit.

The said undertaking is recorded.

4. Accordingly, the application in A.No.3200 of 2023 is disposed of.
