Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17684 of in Crl.O.P.No.15433 of 2023, dated 08.11.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in two months at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation..
