This Petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 4 herein as legal representatives of the deceased second appellant, and array them as respondents 3 to 4 in S.A.No.1127 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both side, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the respondents 3 to 4, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case on 21.08.2023.
