This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1611 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the Second Appellant in S.A.No.1127 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the delay of 1611 days in filing Second Appeal No.1127 of 2012 is condoned.
