This Petition has been filed to bring on record the appellants 12 to 15 being the legal heirs of the deceased second appellant, and array them as appellants in S.A.No.1127 of 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both side, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the appellants 12 to 15, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case on 21.08.2023.
