ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 03.04.2025 made in I.A.No.9 of 2025 in C.O.S.No.32 of 2024, on the file of the Commercial Court (District Judge Cadre), Coimbatore.

2.Pending the revision, it is contended by Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner that the revision petitioner has been able to procure certified copies of relevant documents from the Registrar of Firms. It is only for this purpose that the application was taken out for summoning the official from the Registrar of Firms to produce these documents.

3.In view of the fact that the petitioner is now possessed of certified copies which are sought to be produced through the subpoena application, I see no purpose in passing any orders in the revision. Liberty is given to the petitioner to mark the certified copies that has been issued by the Registrar of Firms.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Considering that the earlier application filed to summon the Registrar of 2/4

Firms has been dismissed, the trial Court shall not stand on technicalities and shall receive the documents without insisting on independent application to produce these documents and the documents shall be straightaway marked through the plaintiff's witness and there will be an opportunity given to the other side to cross examine the witness on these additional documents. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
