This petition is filed to condone the delay of 63 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgement passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram in Spl.S.C.No.165 of 2019 dated 16.11.2023.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
