ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 02.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2176 of 2024, thereby directing the respondent to pay the interest on the belated payment of terminal benefits to the petitioner at the rate of 6% per annum, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioner was paid with interest on the belated payment of terminal benefits at the rate of 6% per annum, on 24.07.2024.
