Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant the legitimate relief sought for by the petitioner to i) issue appropriate re-designation orders appointing the petitioner in an alternative light work from his original cadre of Conductor- as he has been continuing only in the alternative employment since 15.09.2007 pursuant to the orders dated 29.08.2007 of this High Court in W.P.No.22130/2007 and ii) disburse the incentive arrears payable to him since 15.09.2007 and iii) allow him to continue in the alternative work of 'point duty' due to the days function of his right hand and iv) further regularize his services from 10.07.2004 to 15.09.

2007 the period for which he was not provided with any alternative employment despite his persistent requests and accord service benefits including monetary benefits for the above period and also v) extend the benefits of conveyance allowance being paid to the persons with disability by the other corporations as prayed for in his representation dated 22.4.2013. ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions submit that this Court may permit the petitioner to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with liberty of file a fresh writ petition, if so advised and made endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if so advised. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
