Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance a Writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for records relating to the order of the 1st respondent passed in G.O.No.40 School Education (V2) Department, dated 21.02.2012 and to quash the same, so far the petitioners are concerned and consequently forbearing the Respondents 1 and 2 from preventing the petitioner in participating in all the school level sports events selection for the Tamil Nadu State Team including the School Games Federation of India and other sports meets being conducted by the respondents for the school students in the State of Tamil Nadu.
