Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26619 of 2017 dated 05.12.2017 in Cr.No.2358 of 2017 pending on the file of the Inspector of police, J-13 Tharamani Police Station, Chennai-13.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUDHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. KRITIKA KAMAL P, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 05.12.2017 regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear the concerned court as and when required for hearing.
