This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.117 of 2014, pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in persons or by their respective counsels.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that in Crime No.117 of 2014 investigation has been completed and due to the interim stay granted by this Court on 11.09.2014, the respondent Police could not able to file the charge sheet before the concern Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet before the concern Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
