Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the Impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.011/2014/A1, dated 01.02.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with back wages and other monetary benefits.

Muthuraj COMMON ORDER The petitioners were suspended from service by Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "TASMAC") pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings.
2. According to the petitioners, their involvement in a criminal case alone made the second respondent to suspend them from service. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Subsequently, the petitioners were acquitted by the criminal court. The petitioners therefore wanted the second respondent to revoke the order of suspension and permit them to join duty.
3. The learned Standing Ccounsel for TASMAC, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners were exonerated from the charges and appropriate orders would be passed by the second respondent, after getting approval from the first respondent.
4. The second respondent is directed to take a decision in the matter of reinstatement of the petitioners on merits and in the light of subsequent events relating to the dropping of charges against them. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Writ petitions are disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
