Learned counsel for the petitioner states that if the offending activity is still on, the petitioner will make fresh representations, and on such representations, if made, the 6th respondent would cause an inspection to be made to verify whether the mining activity is as per norms and license issued.

2. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
