ORDER

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.22688 of 2019 dated 19.04.2023 has been complied with and the petitioner has been reinstated back into service as Conductor, with effect from 04.12.2023.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
