The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to disburse the amount of Rs.2,31,967/- in account number A/c.No.579903030000635 to the petitioner.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner married her own uncle's son and the second respondent/ mother of the petitioner did not like the marriage and the efforts taken to reconcile her was useless. Since the petitioner is in economical constraint, she approached the first respondent to withdraw the amount in her account, however, she was informed that since the account was opened when the petitioner was a minor, signature of the second respondent is needed. In this regard the petitioner made representation to the respondent and since the same was not considered, has filed this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.05.2019 and to pass appropriate orders, within the reasonable time fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2019 on merits and pass appropriate orders, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the second respondent, in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
