The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more, therefore the present petitioners, who are the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, are to be impleaded as party petitioners in this writ petition.

2.In that view of the matter, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carryout the amendment.
