Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of habeas corpus, to direct the 1st respondent to secure the detenue - Sabarin, aged about 13 years, D/o.Nazeer Basha before this Court from the illegal custody of the 2nd respondent and handover the body of the detenue to the petitioner custody.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Sabarin, aged 13 years minor child. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for production of the minor detenue.

2. The detenue has been secured. She is present before us. On enquiry, she has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, who is her father.

3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this matter and this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly.
