This Second Appeal filed under Section. 100 of C.P.C. against the judgment and decree dated 25.01.2012 made in A.S.No.68 of 2009 on the file of Sub-Ordinate Judge's Court at Namakkal reversing the well considered judgment and decree dated 31.07.2009 made in O.S.No. 50 of 2005 on the file of District Munsif Judicial Magistrate Court at Paramathy.
