C.M.P. Nos. 13958 to 13960, 16019, 16022 & 16023 of 2025 in A.S. Nos. 245 & 246 of 2018 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 154 days & 54 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement caused by the death of R1 and R8, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased R1 & R8 respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. It is seen from the records that the notice to the proposed respondents have been served and an affidavit of Service has also been filed to that effect.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, these petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
