ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take steps and register a case against the real culprits. The petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2019 in CSR No.33 of 2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
