In view of the orders passed in Application Nos. 131, 134 and 135 of 2024, I am of the view that the learned Official Assignee can be permitted to get return of the original title deed, Document No.2213 dated 16.07.1979, on the file of Sub-Registrar, Chengannur, State of Kerala in respect of the landed property measuring 23 cents of land in Vadakkakara Village, in Survey No. F2/1A-2, filed by the Official Assignee before the Sub Court, Mavelikkara and hand over the same to the legal heirs of the deceased debtors, whose insolvency had been annulled by this Court.
