SA No. 120 of 2020 Prayer: Second appeal is filed under Section 100 of Code of Civil Procedure, against the Judgment and Decree passed in AS No.
5/2015 dated 01/11/2018 on the file the III Additional District and Sessions Court at Gobichettipalayam, Erode District in confirming the Judgment and Decree made in OS No. 2/2012 dated 24/09/2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode District.
