This petition has been filed to implead petitioners 18 to 22 as proposed respondents 18 to 22 in the above pending C.M.A.No.3450 of 2010 as necessary parties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
