ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to defer the disbursement of scholarship amount till the disposal of O.S.No.28 of 2016 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Rasipuram and I.A.No.383 of 2017 in un-numbered suit under Section 92 CPC pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Namakkal as well as earlier enquiry proceedings pending with the first respondent-Department pertaining to the disbursement of scholarship amount for the year 2016-2017 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2018. The said relief sought for in this Writ Petition by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. It is open for the petitioner to seek necessary relief in the said suit and nu-numbered suit pending before the Courts below as noted supra. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P. is closed.
