This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a FIR on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.132 of 2016, dated 20.07.2016 and investigate into the same and proceed in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.07.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.132 of 2016 and the same was closed on 06.08.2016.
