ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1) and 5(1)(a) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Crime No.1 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused are running a brother house and they forced the victim lady to involve in prosecution. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail petition. He further submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that she is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and that she is ready to cooperate with the investigation. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and, upon instructions, submitted that this petitioner forced the victim lady to involve in prostitution. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. I have given my anxious consideration to either side submissions.

6. Considering the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the suffering sustained by the victim girl, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
