This Court by an Order dated 05.12.2018 directed the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Omalur, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.82 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. 2.

Now the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Omalur, has requested this Court to grant further period of three months to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.

As requested by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Omalur, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of three months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings. 24.07.2019 ub http://www.judis.nic.in
