According to the petitioner, he had filed an amendment petition in W.M.P.No. 14157 of 2022 in W.P.No.9911 of 2022 to amend the C.P.No. 6 of 2020 instead of C.P.No.6 of 2022. This Court, by order dated 23.06.2022, has allowed the amendment petition and permitted the petitioner to file separate petition for extension of time. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the above petition for extension of time to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court dated 25.04.2022 made in W.M.P.No. 9627 of 2022.
