This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 662 days in representing CMA SR No.102495 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the main appeal for admission on 08.10.2021.
