Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularisation of his service on completion of 10 years of casual labour service as per various Government Orders in the subject and in compliance of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.15222 of 2011 dated 29.6.2011. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularisation of his service on completion of 10 years of casual labour service as per various Government Orders in the subject and in compliance of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.15222 of 2011 dated 29.6.2011.

2. Pending this writ petition, the request of the petitioner for regularization of his service was rejected. Therefore, the petitioner challenged the order of rejection by way of a writ petition in W.P.No.28766 of 2014 and it is pending. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 07.07.2023 Internet : Yes Index : Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order mn
