Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 13.03.2023 and 29.05.2023 and release the encumbrance and attachment created on the landed property under Revenue Recovery Act as no tax demands are payable by the petitioner by providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
